Technical partner VTT presents the PLANET project at the IRES Energy Storage Conference 2019 in Düsseldorf, 12-14 March 2019 at a poster session with title End-user Economics In Heating Sector Decarbonization using Renewable Gas And Power-to-Heat - Optimized SNG and Heat Pump Utilization.
The presented poster focuses on one of the developed PLANET use-cases from a techno-economical point of view, that is how profitable the use-case is for the End Customer i.e. building owner or operator, and how much GHG-emission reductions can be reached.
For the building owner, the profitability and GHG-emission reduction is strongly depended on the sizing of the heat pump, but less dependent on the dynamic operation.
The partners involved from VTT are Robert Weiss, Heidi Saastamoinen, Jussi Ikäheimo and Jouni Savolainen, find the poster here
